Cazzy Smart Concierge is an all-in-one service system located directly inside your building. From parcel handling, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, to supplies and internet — everything is managed by our in-building team, powered by automation and shared systems. It's faster, cheaper, and more convenient than using outside vendors.

Cazzy services are only available at approved buildings where we’ve installed our concierge counter. During checkout, you’ll be asked to select your building code. If your location is not listed, our services are not available there yet — but you can request us to bring Cazzy to your building.

Once you book a service, our concierge team will confirm the time slot, assign the cleaner/technician, and prepare any necessary tools or supplies. You’ll receive a notification via WhatsApp or our system, and our team will arrive at your unit based on the scheduled time.

Your subscription includes:

• Free parcel receiving & storage
• Access to exclusive member pricing (cleaning, laundry, maintnance, internet, etc.)
• Delivery to your unit (for eligible services)
• Priority support via our concierge counter or app

You only pay extra when booking specific services like cleaning, laundry, or refills.
